SKINNYMINT; Night Cleanse!

Hi guys! Sorry first and foremost for the lack of updates! You guys have been requesting for a post on Night Cleanse, and I decided to do a short post on this before I hit the sack...

Been really busy with school work nowadays, and several meetups with my friends! ( If you're a follower on my instagram, haha. 'M more active there )

Let's get started!

First and foremost, why is the Night cleanse tea beneficial for you?

It is important to cleanse your digestive system frequently. The food we eat intake daily could have too much carbs, or there is not enough water/ fibre intake, causing a sluggish digestive system.

Why is a sluggish digestive system bad for you?

You can read it here ( http://www.livestrong.com/article/166981-what-are-the-causes-of-a-slow-digestive-system/#page=1 )

Having said that, indigestible carbohydrate sweeps through your bowels, pushing out every piece of waste that sticks to your intestinal tract, and that's exactly what the Night Cleanse tea will get rid for you!

"This tea cleanses and detoxifies your body. It's a colon cleanse that flushes out your digestive tract of toxins and unwanted excess which could be making it more difficult for you to lose weight."

And that's true.

To be honest, as much as I love the Morning Boost tea taste over Night cleanse, I feel the night cleanse is more effective, in a way that, I really feel that it clears the gunk out after consuming it the night before!

I love that feeling, like you know, getting all that junk out of your body, and I don't know for the rest of you consumers, but if I had it during my period, the ginger sort of repels the gas out of my body, making me feel less uncomfortable!

Now eating sinful food makes me feel less guilty with both Morning Boost and Night cleanse Tea incoporated into my daily diet!

Am I making you salivate? Hahaha

Had the yummy ramen on an impromptu shopping trip w boyfie's youngest sis, the fruit tart was on my anniversary and the last picture is from Koh grill and sushi bar; the famous maki! #yumzinmytumz

Finally, I understand from some readers they are very concerned about the degree of tummyaches/ diahoerras they might have to go through?

My experience is that, it is just a mild diahoerra for me the next day and at night, and the diahoerra is the "worst" when you first begin as your body has not undergone any form of cleansing yet.

So that brings me to the end of this post, anddd if you guys have any enquiries, do feel free to drop me an email or leave a question on ask.fm!

Alternatively, you could go to my previous post on the FAQs on SkinnyMint to help clear your doubts? :D

With that,
