Hydrotherapy Spa Review

*Sponsored Post*

Hello guys! I know it's been quite awhile since I last updated my blog haha :x

Im back with a review of the Hydrotherapy spa post that I mentioned in my previous insta post! :D

GETTING READY ABOVE HEH.

This is the Hydrobath tub for the Hydrotherapy Spa that I was talking about in my insta post!

You get to choose 2 different aroma oils to put in your hydrobath and I chose Eucalyptus and Lavender oils to relax and rejuvenate my mind due to the stressful exams that just ended! Eucalyptus oil is said to help my sinus nose problems and the Lavender oil is said to relax your mind for a better sleep at night.

The unique thing about this hydrobath is that it has this jet which produces bubbles that applies pressures on different points on your body so it has this like "massaging" effect which also helps to detox your body and the warm water helps to relax your muscles as well!

After soaking for approx 20 minutes, I felt very relaxed as I have this stiff neck problem due to long hours of studying and I feel like something is stuck at my neck.. I dont know if you know what I'm trying to say haha but I guess people who suffer from stiff neck problems will know what I mean!

Some instructions that you can follow to get the best results from the session!

I was also told that I actually burnt calories during the spa whilst lying in the tub as the water pressure from the jet does all the detoxification! Hahaha it's definitely a win win situation for lazy people like me who doesn't like to do cardio!

But one thing I must tell you guys is that, it can get really warm inside cause it felt like asif I'm in one of those hot springs but its more personalized with the oils and the jet to massage me ✌🏻️

And lastly, a big thankyou to @wellnessfirsthydrotherapy for having me and my bff to experience this hydrotherapy session!❤️

Do check them out at their website ( http://wellnessfirst.myhydrotherapy.com ) or check out the insta page (@wellnessfirsthydrotherapy) for more information on trying out their spa sessions!

P.S: I really would recommend it especially if you have stiff neck problems or athristis/joint problems! 💁🏻
